Body language and facial expressions were essential in showing the emotional journey of our main character throughout the music video. In the flashback scenes where she is surrounded by her friends, her happiness is expressed through bright smiles, natural laughter, and confident, open gestures. Her posture is relaxed and energetic, which makes those moments feel warm, genuine, and full of life. These non verbal cues help the audience clearly see how comfortable and joyful she feels in those memories.

However, once she realises that her friends are no longer by her side, her entire presence changes. Her shoulders drop, her posture becomes closed and withdrawn, and her movements slow down, reflecting her sense of isolation. Sitting alone on the ground further emphasises her vulnerability, while her facial expressions shift from excitement to visible sadness and disappointment. This strong contrast between the past and present allows the audience to understand her emotional transformation without the need for dialogue, making the music video more powerful and relatable.
